My sister got us barred from a pub in town. My sister and her friend bumped into Louis Walsh in the pub and they started dancing and singing around him and begging him to let them on the x factor. He complained about it and got us all escorted out of the pub by security.

yeah thrown out of 21's on my birthday a couple of years ago cos i got a nosebleed and went to the bathroom to sort it, leaving the cubicle door open. bouncer runs in 5 mins later and throws me out for snorting cocaine!!!!

complained to the manager and he was gonna take it further ie: sack the lad in question, but i said it wasn't worth the hassle.

Ive been barred / thrown out a fair few times when I as younger; stupid, drunken bravado mostly!

The best though was my friend!he got into a shoving match with some other random punter, and the bouncers seperated the two!

He was being aggressive with the bouncer, so more bouncers came over.

It came to a head and they started to bundle him out. Then they stopped and said “listen do you not want to do this the easy f*****g way?”!

He goes “yeh , yeh your right” and they start walkin down the club stairs!

Halfway down, out of nowhere, he turns and says “F**K IT, WELL DO IT THE HARDWAY” and starts swingin at the bouncers!!

Needless to say, he quickly ended up, upside down on the street!

Was it during the Black Eyed Peas?

No, this was a strange time when being one of the 'chosen people of Israel' was to be outcast and shunned!;)

    Yep... and Yep

It was a cold night in Dingle, Co. Kerry. Not being satisfied with the men’s toilets (for some unknown reason). I took took a trip to the ladies facilities to relieve myself. All was going well until I started chatting to a 'lady' who was applying a ball of war-paint at the mirror. She did not take kindly to my presence... Nor did the bouncer.

Please, it's barred. I had images of your mother stripping nude in the club. Images I'm sure you want nobody to see. Also what club is it that both you and your mum would frequent?

*shudders at the thought of bumping into my mum on a night out*

*shudders harder at the thought of bumping into my mum stripping nude on a night out*

I've only ever been thrown out of one or two clubs in Ireland,
    But a few in Auckland.
Now I run a club, so I can throw out people too :)

i am disabled, i am barred from a pup because, on leaving the public bar after being inside 20 minutes, i would not pay a cover charge for music for dancing,
sure i have plenty pubs that old misery guts has only one

  • I got thrown out of Redz once because I wouldn't put my coat in the cloakroom, 10 mins before I was going to leave. I made one last trip to the toilet, took my coat with me (it had tampons in the pocket :o) and the bouncer told me I had to put it in the cloakroom. I said I wasn't going to do that when I was just about to leave. I was sure there had been some misunderstanding, as no-one could be that bloody ridiculous, then the bouncer started yelling at me that I was a spoiled rich bitch and wanted to get my own way (???) Because I didn't want to spend 2 euro for no reason when I was funding my own college expenses (???) So he threw me out. Joke was on him as all my friends followed me out (15 or so people) and most of them were planning to stay on. I planned to write a letter of complaint to the management but in typical Irish fashion, never got around to it. Spose it's a bit late now, it was 6 years ago. :p

This is why. Not that I was involved in either incident, but they are typical examples of the lack of respect and regard shown by many students in pubs/clubs which may not be their local. The damage they cause in the name of "fun" is ridiculous. Toilets blocked or broken, hand-dryers ripped off walls, fire extinguishers set-off, glasses broken (on purpose) not to mention the thievery.

    Ah the student life,

This so called fun as you put it really is class craic.
Pulled two toilets off the wall in Newry nightclub last year, placed had to close early as a result of the water! Never caught but some nights craic.
2 years ago a chipper in local town made the mistake of letting me use the facilities, toilet pulled off and again place had to close, me subsequently thrown out and barred

I couldnt even count the glasses i've broke, one in particular in City bar dublin me and a mate had a pint glass fight. Great stuff, 18 stitches that night. All in the name of fun.

Wouldnt touch fire extinguishers though, thats just out of order.
