Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi this might be a basic question but I am useless with computers.I am using a software for college called "black board".I am trying to access notes through this but whenever I try and go to it,I can't and it always says:
"the file may be in use by another application,the file format may not be supported by any of the installed converters or the file may be corrupt".

I was wondering how I could access these notes when it says this.
