    Hello,

    I've been working abroad for quite some time before returning home this summer.

    The advance in building regulations and legislation is astounding.

    Could anyone clarify what the year of the lastest version of:

    1. The Building Regulations (Northern Ireland)

    and

    2. The Building Regulations/TGD's in Ireland

    The original building control act was enacted on 1990 and subsequently replaced with a new act in 2007. Various building regulations have been changed/amended/updated over the years and can be viewed here

    Im not up to speed on the N.I. regs but Id imagine you should have no problem with googling them.
