locked to French network Bougyues telecom

I have a mobile Nokia which was bought in France it is locked to Bougyues network any idea how to go about unlovcking it? i amwilling to pay a readsonable fee for this.

You can get this unlocked in a shop which will cost you €20/€25. Post your location if you need more help finding one.
