Hi.. Just wondering does any body have experience of the Irish Computer Society (ICS). A friend of mine is trying to deal with them at the minute and he is hitting a brick wall. Are they state run? What exactly do they do? :confused: Any info would be greatfully recieved. Thanks

What is he trying to achieve? What department is he dealing with.
