    Hi All,

Looking to get input as to what service ducts to allow for in a raft Foundation:

One's that I can think of:
    -ESB
    -Telephone
    -Water
    -Sewage
-External Air Duct For Stove (going for air-tight construction)
    - Heating Duct for insulated flow and return from Bolier in Garage
    - Electric Gates
    - Duct for TV services (satellite + areials etc to be loacted in Garage)

All suggestions greatly accepted. Thanks All.

    Depending on how your setup:

    Water out to external Tap.
    Water to Garage.
    Power to Garage.
    Alarm to Garage.

i was logging on here to ask the very same question,

I have the esb and phone hockey sticks in,

but as my garage is attached to the house, I put in 3 extra ducts (all entering the garage).

these will probably be used for electric gates/outside lights/tv/water

Can I ask, where is the best place to bring water into the house,

is best practice to have it entering the house and run it straight up from there to the water tank?

    cheers all

Your kitchen also needs a direct feed from the mains water.
