Sounds ground floor-ish inside the ski slopes to me....

Easiest thing to do is head into the Main Building main entrance (thats the 'ski slopes' entrance thats across from the Foundation Building and Library) hang a right once you get in the door and just inside is reception who shall have all the answers boards.ie does not.

Somewhere near the international office or past the co-op office would be my guess.
