Drumcondra this morning

    Anyone see the big police activity in Drumcondra this morning, on the opposite side of the road to Fagan's about 9-ish?

    Any idea what's going on?

    There were at least three squad cars and a van, the chopper was out, and there were a few more vans, cars and unmarkeds coming in from the town direction.

    Is there a bank oppoiste Fagan's?

    Just on the news there.

    4 people were arrested for an attempted robbery on the post office. Two men climbed on to the roof last night and stayed there all night.

    the gardai heard about it and stopped the postmaster from going into work this morning
