Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

pendulum in limerick tonight whats the difference in a dj set?

    Their playing in Limerick tonight and was going to head ago as something different but just saw the website says dj set?I liked their live vids on youtube but 16 euros id need to be sure

    Dj set means they will predominantly be playing other people's tunes like any other DJ - many producers do Live Sets where they play predominantly (or all) their own stuff.

    not necessarily a sham but the promoter is probably playing with words by stating a DJ set in small print. If you like their music it might still be a good night because I presume they will mix a similar type of music, doubt it will be an ABBA tribute night or anything:)

    The silver lining is their DJ set couldn't be worse than the tripe they churn out.

    I really enjoyed the DJ set the time I saw it. It was pricey though if I recall.
