    Hi....i run a small software and engineering business in Dublin.
    Im looking for someone to build a database project managment tool, using Access or Open office Dbase. I know more or less what i want, and wouldent mind paying a reasonable fee, but we are on a tight budget!
    I was thinking it would make an ideal project for a student, as the end result would be used on a commercial basis.
    Anyone interested?...we are based in the blanchardstown area.

    loads of free, open source tools out there for this most way better than what you will come up with
    google is your friend
