Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Manchester United v Bolton Wanderers

    Barclays Premier League
    17th October 2009, 15:00
    Setanta Sports 1
    Old Trafford, Manchester

I'm gonna go for a Nani hat trick, followed by a lil bit of showboating and subsequent hacking from most of the Bolton team. Oh, and 3-1 United.

Would be happy with that team..but would expect Wellbeck in there before Kiko...Fergie's comments today seemed to suggest a reality check with regards to the lad..could be wrong but I'd expect Wellbeck to get his chance before Macheda at this point..
Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says Kiko Macheda hasn't fallen off the radar.

The young Italian has hardly been spotted this season, but Ferguson told US radio: "I've got to be careful when I talk about Italian players you know.

"The thing about Macheda of course is that he had a great first season. He was only 17 when he made his debut, and scored that winning goal against Aston Villa.

"That projected him into a different kind of profile. Most people hadn't even heard of the boy. Now we're having to deal with the improvement of the lad, and he's got strong, and he's got bigger, he's an outstanding finisher. We're trying to improve parts of his game which will be important for his development as a top player."

I expect Berbatov to play and am going for 3-1 United. Ando, Berbatov and Vidic.

Ugh, dunno how this will go. Depends on the team

    I would like to see

    VDS

    -Josh
    Rio
    Vidic
    Evra-
    -Valencia----Anderson----Giggs
    Nani-

    Kiko
    Owen

2-0 with that team. Though I'd say Carrick will start

    VDS

    -Josh
    Rio
    Vidic
    Evra-
    -Nani
    Anderson----Fletcher
    Giggs-

    Welbeck
    Owen

I'd expect if Berbatov is out. Personally even if Berbatov is fit, I think I'd prefer Welbeck to Owen to start in this match.

Ah, I forgot the 30 million transfer = player invincible rule

Interesting team, lets see how Neville does. Extremely attacking with Carrick and Anderson in the middle.

But it's a chance to catch Chelsea and it has to be taken.
