what mobo to buy

None - get a X2-240 and a cheap 780-based mobo instead :P At least the onboard GPU will be up to playing HDCP content then

If you had to get one... All of those mobos you listed have ancient and rather naff southbridges and I/O; only the G41s have any kind of (naff) HD-acceleration (thanks to the GMA4500) and only the single full ATX one there has both said (joke-of-a-) GPU and a reasonable sound chip. So my tentative vote is with this.
