Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem is the yahoo account has mail for the last 4 years.

User likes it that way .. 4 years online on the web.

Changing his PC .. Outlook wants to download 4 years of mail  .. takes too long to download 1% done after an hour ..

Yahoo pop settings do not have a setting "enable pop from now on" like gmail that I can find.

Do not want to setup a forward to a gmail account or other provider or use imap and work it that way.. any simple way to tell outlook .. download pop from now on .. or from a specific date ?

    TIA :)

For pop settings with Yahoo mail, you have to have a "Yahoo Mail Plus" account with them.

I know.. he pays for this account. The standard one doesn't allow pop.

Are you saying that there is a setting somewhere to define the date to download from ? If you are I wouldn't mind a link.
