Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hey,
    anyone know where I can hire studio lights etc for a shoot?? any experiences good bad or indifferent!

    Do you want to hire a Studio or do a set up on location?

    What is your experience with using lights & doing Studio work?

    its a location shoot.
    I have plenty of lighting experience from college, but have none of my own gear (right down to reflectors/flash triggers/meter) im afraid!
    shoot location is city center, not sure about the room size, but 3 lights should cover all eventuallities id imagine

    There is DML however when I was looking a while back they promised their lighting specialist would call back and never did, not the first occassion i waited for a return call, so I looked elsewhere, I actually got sorted here on boards.

    Are you looking for actual studio lights or flashes to use if space is minimal? I have flashes, awaiting receipt of triggers still though.

    i have a 2 light bowens 500w kit that I will lend you if i can come along to the shoot, and take a few pics. tbh if you were a regular poster with more than 5 posts I would lend you them, I know it is unlikely that you registered here with the intention of robbing kit but ya know what I mean!
