What do buy with €1000?

    Our band has got a residency on Tripod, which is giving us €1000 (soon to be increased) once a month. It's an at least 15-piece band, so giving everyone €50 a gig isn't really worth it, so, we're investing it to buy equipment, stuff for stage shows and the likes. Problem is, what to buy? We've a real problem with vocal sound anytime we do a gig somewhere that doesn't have a proper PA set-up, I mean we're using guitar amps for vocals, anyone have any suggestions of gear to get to solve this? Or any suggestions for stage show equipment, giant rubber balls and the like?

    Actually maybe a mod could move this into the main music production forum, makes more sense.
