    Large double room available in large three bedroom, three story house located less than 15 mins walk from Balbriggan village (in North County Dublin) and train station. It is also less than 5 minutes walk from a new shopping centre, including Dunnes Stores. 45 mins to city centre by train, 50 by bus. Only 20 minutes by bus/car to the Airport or Drogheda. The large well-designed house will ensure your privacy and comfort. The spacious room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, all necessary furniture and a TV connection. You will have a large fully fitted bathroom exclusively for your use, (containing shower, sink, toilet.) The house is fully furnished, with all mod cons, including TV/DVD, Microwave, Washing Machine/Dryer, Dishwasher, Gas Central heating with open coal-effect fire. Spacious kitchen/dining area and separate large living room. A Car Parking space and back garden (with shed) also a feature. The rent will be €350pm + 1/3 of Bills.
