I read Allan Carr - Easy Way To stop smoking
It sounds weird but read with an open mind & i believe you'll suceed, just decide on your timing & smoke teh sh*te outta it up to the time you quit.

Wortha shot anyways guys & gals

I read this once before...but I've heard people only quit-after-reading when they read it about three times...

Might go for a second and third time so!

Hahaaa, i didnt wana say that as might discourage people from reading, BUT correct & true, its the third time ive read it! 1st time i quit was partly due to me girlfriend, 2nd time was due to me wising up, 3rd time was due to a Cancer scare (symptoms & then a biopsy...bad buzz). You need to do it for yourself, being pressured into something you are only half hearted about is def a reason for failure!
As ive said, its wortha shot, whats the worst that can happen?
'YOU CAN DO IT' - guy from happy gilmore haha

    How goes it non smokers?
Look for reasons to stay healthy & off the smokes, NOT any reason why u should fail.
Im clean from the addiction 4 & a half weeks!
