Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Clubs in Amsterdam?

    Hi all, don't post hear much but read a fair bit.

    Group of 20 or so of us heading Amsterdam soon and just wanted to know of any good clubs in Amsterdam. Been recommended escape as one to go to. Group would be into most dance music mainly house/trance.

    Was going to post in the clubbing section but its mostly just adverts and i thought the response from here would be good.

    Any suggestions?

    melkweg & paradiso , prefer paradiso(or however you spell it) myself but melkweg has some cool djs too both are just off Leidsplain

    yes they both have gigs but there are clubs on fri.sat night not sure about sunday

    Few good clubs in Leidersplein just beside the main square which is only few mins on a tram from Amsterdam centre.
    At the square ya will see a sports bar on the corner and few good clubs in that lane, one we went to was ''Royale'' or something like that, good all nighter :)
    Worth checking out Leidersplein at night anyway for bars etc

    Dunno if it's any use to you but the Amsterdam Dance Event is on from 21st - 24th October, acts like Boys Noize, Laurent Garnier, Dave Clarke, Deadmau5, Richie Hawtin, Carl Craig, Fatboy Slim, Noisia and loads more are playing. Going to head to Melkweg on Thursday myself.

    The Powerzone and Panama

    The Powerzone is a little outside of the city centre but the place is huge, plus it gets taken over for the Cannabis Cup.
