I've asked a local and they say no. There is a bus from Bailieborough to Dublin at 9.15am, changes over in Kells and then onto Dublin and again at 2.20-2.30pm with no change over. The stop is at Reillys shoe shop. Bus Eireann operate this service.

Is there a reason you want to go to Dublin via Cavan? Its a long route.

There is an express to Dublin from Virginia.

BE Route 108 goes from Baileborough to Dublin daily as described above plus there is a service in the evening at 19:40 with change in Kells

The only other BE bus service in Bboro (166), runs from Dundalk to Cavan via Bboro, think it only runs twice a week

Don't know of any scheduled private services from BBoro; Sillan Tours operate from Cootehill and Shercock to Dublin

As the poster above mentioned if you can get to Virgina, there are frequent buses in both directions (Route 109)

There are none that I am aware of, but there are plenty of taxis in Bailieborough
