Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I really don't agree there.

Its all a matter of opinion, even without those, I've named enough better players in their poistions to exclude your boys from being World Class.

Either way its purely a matter of opinion, we're hardly going to convince each other, no matter how stunning our messageboard rhetoric.

Some terrible goalkeeping from Casillias. Although, after Dida's fumble, it doesn't look that bad.

Chiellini is an excellent defender and will be a regular for the Italians for a long time to come.

I'd rather name better players in similar roles who have more of a claim to be world class:

Ambrosini:Essien, Yaya Toure, Mascherano, Cambiasso, de Rossi all better players in similar positions to Ambrosini.

Silva: Vidic, Ferdinand, Chiellini, Terry, all world class defenders I'd rather have in my team.

I'm actually quite a fan of Ambro. He's very underrated.

Chiellini is definitely better than Thiago Silve though! :P

    Missed game. :(

    Did AC deserve to win?

    Did Real miss Ronaldo?

Madrid were the better in the first half Milan were better in the second.

With the defence Madrid has any half decent team has a good chace of beating them.

Madrid have had 2 big games already this season against Milan & Sevilla & have failed both them. I cant see Madrid winning anything this season. There defence is a shambles one of the worst I've seen all season & they dont get any support from the 2 wide players in Ronaldo & Kaka so there very vunerable. There dosent seem to be any real shape to the team either the attacking players just play were ever they want.

I like Ambrosini as well but when you said Silva was world class I had to double check the Milan wikipedia to make sure they didn't have some injured starlet they signed in the summer with the same name.

Silva is just not anywhere near world class. Chelsea have 3 centre backs who are better for one and you could easily argue that a few other teams do as well not to mention you are calling him world class after 9 GAMES. Jesus

He'll probably be one of the top 3 defenders in the world. He's only 25
