Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thanks folks...

This was taken down on the rocks close enough to the 40-foot bathing area in Sandycove in South Dublin. It was taken at approx midday and was a 119 second exposure at f8 and 17mm on a Canon 17-40mm F4 on a Canon 50D. I used a welder's mask glass as an ND filter (snaps to Longshanks for the idea), held on to the camera with two elastic bands. I think I was there for an hour or so and took 4 shots (a lot of clambering around on wet rocks), three of which I was happy with. The other two are here and here. I think the processing was down to a mixture on presets and manual settings in Lightroom.

I also must thank stcstc for suggesting I go down to that area - I was leaving his office and was on my way to Howth when he suggested the 40-foot.

I must say that I am absolutely delighted to get PotW, probably a lot more delighted than I ought to be :D
