Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan has said there will be no new taxes in the forthcoming Budget - apart from a carbon tax. Has anyone got any more info on this?I mean this global warming tax is going to get momentum when the next generation of kids gets brainwashed.

I appreciate that this is the CT forum but the vast majority of scientists seem to believe climate change is happening. Maybe you want to take the chance on our future but personally I don't.
