    Hi
    I have an external hard drive that i stupidly plugged my laptop power cord into ( when i put it in i saw a spark and now my external H-D is not being recognise by computer when i turn it on) The yellow light is appearing but it does not make any noise (did when running in past).

    I would be greatful if you's could tell me how i can fix, if possible
    or maybe extract the info on H-D (or would this info be gone)
