Not a holster but you could use a bungee sling, or even make up a chest rig like the cops have for the MP7,
Cant find a pic of it but its basically a bungee sling type thing hanging the gun from under the right arm, the muzzle comes up and is held in place with a velcro strap on the left shoulder so it sits tight to your chest. its pretty handy to get it out too.
