Is it possible to learn equine dentistry in Ireland?

are there courses etc or do you have to go abroad?

Is it bad that when I read the title of the thread, I immediately got "My Lovely Horse" from Father Ted stuck in my head?

Like you LG, I had a look for courses in Ireland, but didn't come across anything. Found a 3 month course in NZ and a refresher course for qualified vets, but nothing else....

Completely off topic, but given liah's post above ....

There's two in US that are a month long and cost E5000 and afterwards you have to buy all the tools and an apprenticeship is recommended...

i can't find any in ireland anyway which is unfortunate.

i'm finished college now at christmas and would love to do something different like that next year if i can't get a job, might go down the equine nursing route..

oh i'd love equine massage either, can you do that in Ireland?
