I am tiling my new house - hall, kitchen, bathrooms- and have heard that it is best to fit door frames before tiling. Has anyone any experience with this??
    Thanks

If it were me I would fit the door frames and the doors then leave the architraving(Miss spell) off and fit it last, Especially if you are usuing heavy porcelaine.

They will cut a notch out of the base to slot the tile under.

PM me I have the no of a good tiler if you want to ask his advice on the subject.
