    Hi,

You can get the travel details for your destination at dublin public bus transportation system's website. In the site you can get information on timings and bus details.

Ok that's not too difficult to do as luckily Blackrock does have some early morning services.

The first route 7 journey from Loughlinstown Park is at 0800. I would reckon that it would reach Blackrock (Frascati SC) sometime around 0820.

That should get you into town in time for the 0849 or 0903 130 from Lower Abbey Street.

Note that there are no stops between Pearse Street and Upper O'Connell Street on the 7, so it might be better to alight on Pearse Street at Moss Street and walk across to either Lower Abbey Street or the bus shelter outside Busarus to get the 130.

The next route 7 departure is at 0820 from Loughlinstown Park.

Clontarf dart station is nowhere near Dollymount beach, where you'll be doing the kitesurfing. Best bet is to get a bus into town and then the 130 from Abbey Street near enough to the luas stop. Get off at the wooden bridge for Dollymount beach.
