    Just to let you know anyone interested in martial arts there is a KENDO (The way of the sword) club starting in NAAS. If anyone would like details they can private message me.

    Hi yes anyone can do it ,as it will be a new club most people will be first timers ,there will be a 10 week beginners course at the Naas club first so everyone can get the basics

    Hi ,
    The only thing you need at first is a bokken and when you join the beginners course in naas you get one free, a few months down the road you might be ready for armour, you can get your own or the club might be able to lend you some till you can get your own. Its not that expensive the club can get discount on all equipment
