Blackpool could do with one or two decent places for lunch. It is like a fast food hell hole.
    - Pizza Hut
    - Dominos
    - KFC
    - McDonalds x 2
    - Dinos
    - Eddie Rockets
    - Kafkas leaves you stinking of grease for the day
    - The Groves have some magic additive that makes all their food taste like $hit.
    - O'Briens, overpriced
    - Bagel Factory, also overpriced
    - That cafe in the centre....also rank

So many places to eat & only Spar is remotely palatable.

What is the Coffee Pot like?

I like The Coffee Pot - old-skool, home-cooking kinda place.

There's one of those coffee pod places too in the retail park - nice coffee but food which looks great but the appearance belies its stodginess.
Shame about Kafkas - the one in town is pretty good (well it was - haven't been there in a good while).

I think that they closed the kafkas in town because when roches stores went a lot of people stopped going down that side of town.

Heart of Blackpool - just opposite the church, where the road forks.

Ant one know who owns the newsagents - wonder is it the hills guy again

Maybe. It looks similar and is right next store. Just a lot smaller. I was in there the other day and saw a couple of shops now closed. That veg shop is after opening up again. They don't sell as good ice-cream anymore though

Dont know how good/bad the one in city centre was doing, but i know that the Blackpool Kafkas is doing a roaring trade. Work 2-3 days a week in the retail park and the place is nearly always busy.
