What are the bargain basement wifi options? No need for any other spec bar a phone that works and has wifi. anything under the 200 mark? any help appreciated.

slightly more than 200 but if you put if you put in a close enough offer you will probably get it, he accepted offers from other people

Its £205 + £7, so £212 works out €237. For another score you could get one sim free unlocked from a genuine retailer, or get it from o2 for €199.
