Need Help with the HTC Touch Diamond 2

    Evening all i have a touch diamond 2 now for the last few months and i cant fault it, but for some reason when i press the call button to ring anyone I cant here the dial tone or cant here the caller on the other line when the call is connected they can here me no problem.It works perfect when the speaker is on. This has only happened in the last few days and to be honest it is driving me nuts.

    Anyone got any help or advise
