Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UPC Dual Recording

    Hi ,

    I was having a problem with the upc digital box with stuttering for a split second and also with software updates coming through 2 or 3 times a week in the evening time . I phoned UPC and they sent someone out to fix it , the guys said they had to replace the box as there was a problem with one of the software updates .

    Now we seem to have lost the ability to dual record .Example - The Terminal is on at 21:50 and Camp Rock starts at 22:00 , when we try to record these we get the yellow warning sign saying they clash and you have to cancel one of them . Whereas witht he old box it used to give us the option of watching one and recording it while also recording the other .

    I am wondering if this is because the software version seems to be older than the one I had , I am sure the old one was 3.8 something , the new one is 3.7.0.3 .

    Has anyone else encountered this ?

    try and force and update

    plug out the box

    hold the left arrow button on the box

    plug in the box while keeping the button pressed.
    (a yellow light will start flashing under where the power light is)

    keep the button pressed until the clock show up on the front on the box

    that should update the box to the latest software
