Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

before you go near the carbs . Check for a spark . take out a spark plug, put the plug cap on and hold the plug to the engine block to ground.

turn the engine and look for a healthy blue spark. .

+1. If it starts for a sec with Easi-Start and there is fuel in the tank (with the fuel tap switched on!) then its stuck floats and a gentle tap might free it. Otherwise its float bowl off time and on an old CX you'll need a fresh gasket if you open it. www.davidsilverspares.co.uk for any bits you need...
