Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

What do you think is the best boot you can buy today, regardless of price. Taking into account foot support and protection, touch and feel on the ball, comfort, stud grip, shot taking etc etc. Forget about appearance.

I myself think its the good old Adidas Copa Mundials

I always found the boot in the Toyota Corolla surprisingly spacious.

Adidas Predators are great, don't like any of the F50's though as I feel they are really tight.
A pair of old fashioned Nike tiempos aren't so bad either, or if your short on money just go for the cheap Lotto Boots :D.

Got a good pair of Umbro Specialis at half price a few months ago. Definitely the most comfortable boot I've worn.

World Cups Id say. Then Predators.

Ive been wearing a pair of Total90s though lately and think they are brilliant.

You really can't go wrong with Adidas Copa Mundial.

I personally find the more modern boots a bit flimsy and uncomfortable, not accusations you can make about these.
You might feel they're a bit pricey for a design that has been around for thirty years but in my opinion they're worth it.

The decision you make should be based on what you need from your boots based on your style of play etc...
If I was to choose a modern boot it would probably be Adidas Predator.
I've had good returns from Adidas boots over the years, sadly I can't say the same about any Nike pairs I've had.

    Glazers Out!

    love my Total 90's.

Second would be king's, followed by Predators, which would be higher except the 2 pairs of them i had fell apart in a ridiculously short time.
