    Yes, they are. They were formed in Dublin, and have always been based in Dublin despite years without a permanent home. They currently play in Tallaght, in Dublin. You've probably heard Bohemians fans refer to Rovers as Wicklow Rovers or something just as witty, because Bohs fans are the one group of people in the country who for some reason don't consider Tallaght to be in Dublin. Interestingly Bohemian fans' other slag for Rovers is that their ground is owned by South Dublin County Council. They seriously have to start working on some better insults.
