Good decent cheap HD camcorder

Can anyone recommend a decent HD Pocket camcorder, a small one that will be easy to use while travelling?

Thinking along the lines of this:

Are these decent, any other ideas?
Dotn want to spend to much as ill be doing a lot of travelling and dont want to spend to much money incase it gets robbed or something!

Have done a bit of research and it seems they both have pros and cons.

The Kodak takes AA batteries, which i think would annoy me, and it doesnt have still image taking.

The Toshiba seems to have a worse quality picture, and software problems. it also doesnt look as good as the Kodak (i prefer the way the Kodak looks like a phone).

I'll have a look into alternatives but would like other peopels experineces...am wondering would the quality be much better than my Casio Exilim on vidoe recording...

Get a phone with a decent 720x480 30fps video capability with a decent still camera. Several Samsung models have these features.
