Cheap hard drive - 40 to 80GB - 3.5"?

Looking for a cheap but new hard drive to replace a broken one in a desktop. Doesn't need to be big, 40GB would be fine. Anyone know of anywhere (physical shop) selling off older hard drives for cheap? Thanks.
