Trip in July or August????

    Hi there! Last July I travelled through Thailand,Laos,Vietnam & Cambodia, and really enjoyed it. I loved the sights, sounds, smells, culture etc. Next summer I can take 4 weeks off in either July or August. I was planning to go to Tibet and/or Nepal including Everest Base Camp. I have been told however, that this is monsoon season and not ideal for travel.
    So any advice on a place to visit for 4 weeks next July or August? I love adventure travel, experiencing different cultures, in particular love the Buddhist religion and traditions. I am very active and love outdoor adventure.
    I would appreciate your advice!
