    I'm doing the case study too!!...on section 3 - nominal ledgers and so lost with it...don't even know where to start!!

    I was originally going to do it through excel but with less than a week to go and not even 1 section done I'm fairly confident I won't have time for that :pac: I really just wanna get it finished at this stage I just don't have the motivation :(

    Once you get the nominal ledgers done it really does get more understandable. I remember freaking when I saw that section and had to turn to someone in the year ahead of me for some help but when you do them, the rest of it is just breaking down the information.
    I still have mine so I should be able to help a little if you need it.

    In the nominal ledger are the opening balances single entry? And how do you know what to put into each account then??? :confused::confused:

    Did you put in the PAYE/PRSI balances of 100 on the cr and dr sides?? That's the only thing I can see that might be different.
