Odds are woeful  I took both matches for HT & FT results to make it bit more interesting with a higher return. Both should win

Agreed, was just hoping to even up my balance, both should've won.
Rotten luck this week so far.
Champions League on Tues and Wednesday will be my last flourish, might actually win a bit there.
    Otherwise, I'm taking it easy.

After my rather unfortunate weekend I've £1.00 left in the account because William Hill refunded my losing 'Anytime Scorer' - which I had Bojan down for.
    Nice guys :P

Andrew Carroll to score at anytime and Newcastle to win @ 16/5

    Stake : £1.00

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

Placed £5.00 on Newcatsle to win after the first half hour.
Kevin Nolan 75 mins proved to be the winner

    Preston v Newcastle – Newcastle @ 11/10

Also used the last few cents on the same bet with about a half an hour left

    Preston v Newcastle – Newcastle @ 15/8

    Winnings : £10.50, £1.72
    Total : £12.22

Nice to see green again. :)

My profit from the Newcastle bet has gone on the following tonight :

    24 Nov 2009 - Norwich v Brighton - 90 Minutes

    Norwich @ 4/7

    24 Nov 2009 - MK Dons v Carlisle - 90 Minutes

    MK Dons @ 4/6

    24 Nov 2009 - York v Gateshead - 90 Minutes

All at home, all favourites, all above their oppositions in the table, technically speaking I should win this fourfold but someone will wreck it I'm sure!

    Carlisle 2 up, night over.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

    Lord, 3 up now.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

Brought it back to 3-3 and everything, then lost 3-4 after dominating the second half.
    A little disheartening. :(

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

    Had another treble :

    Leeds, Norwich and Olham.

5 mins left in Oldham game, will win my €3 from a €1 take and cut my losses to €2.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,979 ✭✭✭Vurnon San Benito

    For the craic :

Manchester United, Chelsea and AC Milan to win tonight.

    Stake : £3.00
    P.Returns : £19.52

Hopefully will get all 3 right tonight. :)

Looks like my luck isn't going to change, whatsoever.

United lose for the first time in years, Milan dominate 2nd half and still don't manage a goal, Chelsea the only one I got right :(

Champions league group stages are always tough, especially towards end. TBH I wouldn't have touched man utd the other night because I knew they had already qualified. I thought it would be a weakened team but didnt realise it was basically just kids playing.

Ya I knew what United team they were fielding but I still thought that they'd get something from it, and if it was 0-0 up to the hour mark bring on the big boys, which they did, but were 1-0 down at that stage.

And Lorient go and draw with the team bottom of the French League.
Only happen when I'd bet on them.
    I've £8 left and I'm giving up.
    Think I'll join Betfair.
Or donate the remaining to charity?

    Haha.
The remaining €5 went on Over 2.5 goals in the El Classico tonight.
If it's gone it's gone, if I win, I win.

Taking a break until the New Year though and I might start with €20 again, like I did the last time :D
