Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

DMX Lighting Question

    Hi Folks,

I'm currently looking at DMX setup and just need a shade of advice. The set up is like this:

DMX Controller (Board / Laptop) > ?? > Multiple Intelligent Lights

    Now, two questions:

    1) Can you loop lights in series on one DMX cable? I presume you can seeing as its digital and they can be individually addressed. However, there must be limit to this loop I presume

Which leads me on to my second question, can you buy or what is a DMX Router called? i.e. If I wanted 20 lights on one loop but 20 different ones on another, how is this achieved? How can I split the signal output from the board by two to each of these loops?

I may be looking at upwards of 200 channels required.

    Thanks!
