my daughter is doing irish, english, french, maths, business, history and music in school and is teaching herself economics, and as we speak german at home, she is doing that as well, but she only took up music a little while ago, the teacher is really supportive, but she is stressed out as she is so far behind compared to the rest of the class, most of whom have been doing music theory and since they were 8 years old.

I'm doing 8 - English, Irish, Maths, French, Physics, Chemistry, Accounting and Applied Maths after school.
I'm not doing 8 for the craic, it's because I'm crap at languages and this way I'll only have to count one. Why on earth would anyone do 12 subjects? I mean seriously don't these people have a life?

    Eight honours so far:
    Irish
    English
    Maths
    German
    Music
    Economics
    History
    Religion

May have to go down to pass Irish, and then I'll take up LCVP, but prob just the 8 for my LC!!

    12 would kill me slowly....

  • Registered Users Posts: 581 ✭✭✭Ruski

    Maths
    English
    Irish (O)
    German
    Geography
    Physics
    Technology
    Applied Maths
    Russian

Russian is a guaranteed A1 but I have no idea how I'm gonna get B2s in Maths and Physics. Especially maths. I'm struggling at it, but I enjoy the challenge.

Its killing me slowly too, if that helps!! I'm good at most things, like I find maths fairly easy, but Irish is awful, I did pass for the JC and its a completely different level, esp after TY last year!!

WHY DID YOU TAKE UP CHEMISTRY?? Its like so head wrecking... *shudder*
