    Anyone **** hot on pulling and using news data from other sites.
    Copyright issues etc?
    Anyone out there got views on this or done anything like it, would be great to hear from you.

    In a nutshell - There's no problem repackaging an RSS feed that has been publicly published, as they ultimately link back to the publisher's site. Some Web services will give you the full content of the published material for free, but will generally include T&C's that require you give full accreditation, or other conditions.

    Screen scraping (or otherwise copying and re-publishing) the actual content is another matter as you will almost certainly be in breach of copyright.
