I bought the Irish Hospice Charity - Zest Cookbook at the weekend and I love love love it.
It is full of fantastic recipes from 62 restaurants across the country each giving a starter a main and dessert.

I bought it for the support of the hospice Foundation, but not for the great content, some recipes r gr8, but most of it is poor, especialy the pictures are sometimes compleetly missing, or very bad quality.

Really do not know were all the fuss is about.

Very sorry, but this book is fallen of the shelf already and that is a pity
