Don't forget seats, curtains and popcorn :) Oh to have a shopping list like that, suppose the list is easy, space budget and approval is the important bit :) Enjoy!

Thanks :) I have had my own setup for a while now but after my friend saw Die Hard 4 on Blu-Ray & Sony 46", with the sound shaking the house he wants one too!

Can RS do some recomendations for me, by PM if necessary for the prices?

A friend of mine is looking for home cinema setup:

    50"/52" LCD
    Blu-Ray
    Amp
    Speakers

I was looking at these two:

    Amplifier:

    Speakers:

Can you recommend an LCD and Blu-Ray player?

We are planning to visit the shop in Belfast.

    Thanks.

Ouch - and we deserved those bumps .. apologies..

Eman - The 577 and the SFX5.1 would make an excellent package without completely brealing the bank!

I would add one of these:

Philips 47PFL5604h - just been reduced to €999.99 and with your Boardie Philips Shop 10% discount that comes down to €899.99 / £799.95 and it comes with a 2 year warranty at the moment.

    Next up the Sharp LU46 at €1479.95 / £1299.95 including a free Blu-Ray

    Next - lets go to 52" -

52PFL5604h - I don't know what they have done to this model but the movement on it is superb - even when compared to the 42 & 47" version of the same set. We can do this at €1499.95 again your Boardie Philips Shop 10% discount bring this back to €1349.99 and again it comes with a 2 year warranty.

Finally - if you want to get serious we have the stunning 52PFL7404 - this is a Full HD / MPEG 4 / 100HZwith HD natural motion - it really looks the part as well with a really thin bezel /surround - its baby bro' just won the what hifi sound & vision magazine award for best 32" of the year and it is a really serious bit of kit in 52" form ( I want one..) €1699.99 retail - less your 10% Philips Shop Boardie discount - it comes back to €1529.99 and includes a 3 year warranty at that price - in stock ready to go - will we have it delivered??

If you were going for the whole kit 577/SFX/52 7404 we would happily throw in a BDP3000 Blu-Ray worth £129.95 as a freebie!

    All prices above include delivery,

Thanks - again apologies for the delay in getting back to you and drop me a line if I can assist in any way,

    ATB,

    John Mc
