LowLandLions have announced a Street Fighter 4 cup for XBox players. 16 players from across Europe will compete for a Sennheiser HD201.

General information:
• Date: 11 November 2009
• Time: 19:00 CET
• Prize Purse: Sennheiser HD201
• Single Elimination, Best of Three-Format - 16 available slots
• Players will be seeded
• Only players from Europe allowed
• Every participant must idle in #LLL.SF4 (webchat.quakenet.org)

I havn't followed the link so this may be a silly question but how are they going to seed players?

They fail to mention how they're going to seed players. Perhaps extensive research or perhaps it will be a case of, if they recognise a name they get a seed!

I recognise a few names there,some excellent players from ST like Ferdi and Choklaboll and others.

Unfortunately,like Sagat06 I'll be watching the football tonight,except from an Arsenal perspective.

My internet connection isn't good enough to enter a serious competition online. Maybe in a month or two I'll have a better ISP. If so I'll start entering some of these.

@ blag & bush, are those players you guys are talking about Irish? Or just people you fight a lot on the 360?

Really seems like the competition on the 360 is much higher than the ps3 and PC. Just by how people talk.

Well ferdi is dutch, ive played him a lot in championship mode is all really. I recognize a few of the names signed up.

Cem i Know from Playing CE online don't know who he plays in IV but he was the top ranked player on that on 2df

Ive played him before in sf4 too. There was a random disconnect in one of the matches so he sends me a message blaming me. Came accross as a dickhead.

Cem is a knob, I highly enjoyed ripping the piss out of him in the 2DF lobby, god damn now that I think of it I probably spent as much time on 2df taking the piss outta some of the people on there as I did playing 3s
