Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi all,

I recently purchased a 2tb media player. I received it yesterday. By plugging it into the PC, I noticed that it was not working. The computer recognises it but it does not show up in "My Computer" section and abviously then cannot be opened. It is recognised by the tv but cannot work on the PC. I tried ringing the company but the only number is French speaking. I emailed them three times but no reply. Then I emailed Pixmania themselves, who I bought it through, but no reply yet. Can anybody tell me the problem or what I can do to fix the problem?

Do you have the software on the computer or is the computer able to run it, ie. it needs Win XP +. Maybe give a bit longer for Pixmania to sent back an answer.
