    Is there any place around thats takes plastics and cardboard??? I know where to get rid of glass bottles/jars (bottle banks) but what about cardboard and plastics??

    The place in mungret you can get rid of almost everything. Have to pay to go in though

    Mr Binman will take cardboard off you if it's not overly big. I break it up if it is and maybe take it up into handy size/shape.
    I have left out lots of it over the last while and it's always gone when I get in from work :)
