Well any Green party members out there, how do you feel, now your party leaders have shafted you?

No levy in NAMA, wasn't that what you voted for in your conference.

But they have some lovely cycle paths all agreed.

But yeah, Greens who seriously believed FF wouldnt simply ignore the program for government were deluding themselves. FF have the Greens by the balls. They know the Greens are even more terrified than they are of an election. Hence they can do what they like and the Greens will go along with it.

Should they their membership not vote on the Special Purpose Vehicle, since NAMA has been altered significantly :D ?

Barely resembles what they voted on less than a month ago.

We should all join the Green party so we can get a go at this democracy thing.

Just a temporary measure of course.

If enough of us had thought of this prior to Sell-out Saturday, it might have proved worthwhile.

Now, however, they'd probably be deluded enough to claim that it was some "endorsement of their policies".

Waht, you mean vote for them instead of Fianna Fial? Isn't that essential the same thing?

Everything I don't like is either woke or fascist - possibly both - pick one.

    Well they've lost Donegal.
Members of the Donegal Green Party have voted to disassociate from the official Green Party.

At a special Emergency General Meeting in Letterkenny over the weekend Green members voted with a majority of 91% to re-establish themselves as an independent Green Party.

A spokesperson for the new Independent Green Party in Donegal says they now intend to set up a regional council to cover the Western region.

Frank Gallagher says he’s hopeful other green members around the country will follow suit.

I wonder about the other cummans that called for the vote against NAMA?

The first of many chickens coming home to roost.

He who controls the media, controls the masses!
(...and lord knows RTE kiss ass to FF a lot of time. All they have to do now apparently is ring RTE and something is pulled from airtime, chat-show guests disappear from Late Late lists, apologies are issues for news items, FF members given an easy time in interviews, etc...)

A small mention of it in the Independant.

Let just hope this is a start of a Green implosion and more members jump ship.

Matt Cooper made reference to it in the show intro.....will see what he does whenever he covers it in detail.....

They'd be up in arms if they had any spines...they threw them away when they went into government tho.
