Virus on my computer :(

I have got not one but two false anti virus on my computer
Security tool plus personal anti virus.I can not get into my system restore or my add remove programs and i have tried to get virus removers but they don't seem to be running

Any help please i can get on Internet but its blocking my msn and also is blocking me from going on to pages.

Did any of you guys encounter that virus that seems to infect Word documents?; and only on USB keys?! I encountered it last year when it 'savaged' the thesis of a guy in my class, but I noticed it over here in England too. It made it's way from one central PC attached to the mass spectrometer that many people used to save their spectra, but the only way to get the files off the machine was with a USB key.. ...:P

Well its blocking all virus remover running on my computer it just keeps popping up you have a virus,and purchase here their removal system.:mad:

Had something like this. Used Malwarebytes to sort it. Trick was you need to rename the installer file to something like explorer.exe before putting it on the machine.

Does any of the virus tools install at all?
If they do, reboot into safe mode and try running them from there.

I know exactly the one thats infecting you, I cleaned up a copy of it just last week.
If you can get the "Microsoft Essentials" installed, it will sort it.
Its a hidden DLL file buried in the windows system dir' that blocking you.

Once again "Computer Active" this week reminds people about this ongoing matter.
